From the pandemic to the polls, 2020 has been a time of tumult across a deeply divided America. On September 30th 2015 public broadcaster RUV in Iceland invited people to submit videos about their lives on that particular day. The film is made up of those contributions from hundreds of people all over the country. The film premiered on RUV a year later, on October 2nd, as a part of the celebrations of fifty years of RUV TV (September 30th 2016).

In the run up to Christmas 2017 Iceland's public broadcaster RUV invited people to submit videos about their lives during the holiday preparations and celebrations. People from all over the country and abroad submitted their own material, filmed during 17.-25. december 2017.

Sir Archie and Cuckoo Peveril have lived in elegant splendour on Cap Ferrat since the end of the war. The protagonist, Shippei Iida, moves with his mother to the remote island of Origoshima. He transfers to the island's only high school, Origoshima High School (nicknamed "Oriko"). However, shortly after his transfer, it's announced that Oriko will be merged with a regular mainland school. Naturally shy and with few friends, Shippei is touched by the warmth of the islanders and his fellow students. Wanting to create a final memory at the school, he proposes that all the students perform a choral song together. But this very choir becomes the spark that drives a wedge between his friends' hearts…
